I signed up for a 1-1 coaching sessions package after finding her podcast, Empowered Relationships. I’m across the country, so our sessions were virtual. My favorite part about working with Dr. Higgins was her empathetic nature, she listens carefully, non-judgmentally, and can truly relate and understand my circumstances to the point where I felt fully safe and comfortable in conversation. This led to more vulnerability which I believe led to more healing for me personally throughout our sessions. I have experience with other therapists and psychologists, but have not had the same supportive and life-changing experience as with Dr. Higgins. I do feel that she understands and is able to guide her clients well.

In a world of social media and so many opinions, I found it difficult to find clarity. Dr. Higgins is very knowledgeable and knows how to tailor the coaching to fit the client; therefore, with her guidance, I was able to connect with myself and find clarity from a place that felt right for me.

I now feel more connected to myself and in my relationship. Through coaching, I was also able to identify tools that could help mitigate and navigate challenges in my relationship.
